PRODUCT WARRANTY
Limited Warranty
Repco Inc. warrants all products represented on this web site to be free of defects in workmanship and materials when used under normal operating conditions and when applied in accordance with nameplate specifications. Because of the nature of Repco Inc. products, no specific time warranty is promised except with Repalloy-treated electrical contacts which are guaranteed to last at least twice the operational life of other electrical contact products when applied under similar conditions.

Limitation of Liability
In no event, whether as a result of breach of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall Repco Inc., or its representatives, be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or penal damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit or revenues, loss of use of the products or any associated equipment, damage to associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facilities, services or replacement power, downtime costs, or claims of buyer's customers for such damages. Repco Inc. liability on any claim of any kind shall in no event exceed the price allocable to the specific product which may give rise to the claim.

Other Warranties
This warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranty – including, but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular use or purpose.

Misuse, Abuse, Negligence or Misapplication
Any Repco Inc. product which is damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or misapplication, is not covered by any warranty.

Nuclear Facility/Service Exclusion
Repco Inc. products are not intended for use in connection with any nuclear facility or activity and disclaims all liability for any nuclear damage, injury or contamination.

Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy
If you choose to cancel an order, please call customer service at 1-800-822-9190. Production orders can only be cancelled with the prior approval of Repco Inc. Time and material charges may apply. If you are dissatisfied with any Repco Inc. product, you have 30 days to return it for credit/refund with the prior approval of Repco Inc. Call customer service at 1-800-822-9190 and tell us what you would like to return and why you wish to return it. Once the return is approved and we receive the item(s) we will credit the material purchase price. All material must be in its original packaging, in " like-new" condition and returned to Repco Inc., 6 Eves Drive, Marlton, NJ 08053 freight prepaid in order to qualify for a credit/refund. Products requested to be returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and prior approval by Repco Inc. Repco Inc. will make a prompt, good-faith effort to repair or replace, at its option, any of its products which have been found to be defective with previous authorization from Repco Inc. Repco Inc. is not responsible for removal, installation or any other incidental expenses incurred in shipping the product to and from the customer's location.

Force Majeure
Repco Inc. shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, supplies or raw materials, or any other circumstances or causes beyond the control of Repco Inc. in the conduct of its business.

Modification of Terms
Repco Inc.'s acceptance of any order is subject to the Purchaser's assent to all of these terms and conditions. All other contrary terms and conditions are expressly rejected, and no addition or modification of terms and conditions shall be binding upon Repco Inc. unless agreed to in writing.
